| PROCEDURE OF OPERATION |

Step 1 : Person comes near the machine with envelope. |
|
|
|
Step 2 : Person presses assigned switch on the machine. Machine generates and displays the unique code. |
|
|
|
Step 3 : Person writes the code on the envelope and drops in slot. |
|
|
|
Step 4 : Machine senses the envelope and prints a slip with that code for user reference. |
